Overview

WEIHONG NcStudio CNC System for Cutting Machines is a CNC solution to cutting machines in woodworking industry.

The system consists of the following:

Hardware

  • Industrial computer: NC60A

  • Lambda terminal board:

    • Lambda 21A: applicable to the non-bus control system.
    • Lambda 21B: applicable to the bus control system.

  • Extended terminal board: EX31A

  • Servo drive

  • Servo motor

  • Inverter

  • Handwheel

Software

  • NcConfig software: mainly used for commissioning.

  • NcTune software: mainly used for commissioning.

  • NcStudio software: mainly used for machining.
