Machining Direction
Display and change the machining track direction in the tool path. Before changing the machining direction, to show the machining direction.
Select any of the following methods to display the machining direction:
In the common toolbar, click
Show Direction.
In the menu bar, click View → Show Direction.
Automatically Set Machining Direction
Automatically set the machining direction for the selected and satisfied objects according to the set value.
Operation Steps:
Select one or more graphics.
Select any of the following methods to open the Direction dialog box:
In the common toolbar, click
→ Advanced Settings.
In the menu bar, click Technics → Mach DIR → Set.
Select the machining direction.
Caution
If the selected object is an unlocked graphic, it cannot be selected:
- CCW for fill while CW for unfill
- CW for fill while CCW for unfill
(Optional:) If need to set the machining direction, the machining direction of the primitives in the group will not change, check Skip Groups.
Click OK to automatically generate the machining direction.
Manually set the Machining Direction
Automatically select the machining direction.
Operation Steps:
Select one or more graphics.
According to different needs, select to perform the following operations:

Reverse the machining direction of the selected graphics | Select any of the following methods to perform the reverse: ▪ In the menu bar, click Technics → Mach DIR → Reverse. ▪ In the common toolbar, click ![]() ▪ right click to call the shortcut menu, click Reverse. |
Unify the machining direction of the selected graphics into CW | In the common toolbar, click ![]() |
Unify the machining direction of the selected graphics into CCW | In the common toolbar, click ![]() |
