PM95A Motion Control Card

Used together with Weihong NcStudio software, PM95A motion control card (hereinafter referred to as PM95A) is used to control the motion of engraving machines, engraving and milling machines, drilling machines, cutting machines, etc.

Notes Before Use

Before using the PM95A series board, set the sleep and shutdown quick start according to the computer system.

Microsoft has upgraded the driver signature certificate of Windows in the world, so when you use our PM series control card, please note:

If the host system is 64 bit：Please ensure that the pre-installed operating system version is win10 or later.

When it is used together with NcStudio software, you need to insert it into PCIE slot. The definition of each interface is the same as that of the computer.

• Supporting upgrading FPGA program online via the upper control software.

• Supporting backing up both firmware and program, amending FLASH data, and verifying and protecting DNA.

  You can select the suitable Lambda terminal board according to the following:

  • Axis number
  • Whether to enable encoder feedback

Before using PM95A, please pay much attention to the following:

• This product is a type of fine instruments. Please do not discharge any components by yourself.

• Please turn on power after correctly installing this product.

• Computer Sleep Mode function and Fast Start function may lead to abnormal function of this product. Thus, please refer to the corresponding documentation to disable related functions before using this product.
